5) Greenscreen Background Administration

When Greenscreen Background options are present in a SimplePhoto 2.0 price list, customers are able to simultaneously preview their greenscreen images on different background and choose the background choice that will be added to their shopping cart.

SimplePhoto 2.0 photographers who use the classic Greenscreen Preview Module can contact SimplePhoto Support to have your background images migrated to the new Greenscreen Background option available in SimplePhoto 2.0.

Unlike SimplePhoto's classic Greenscreen Preview Module, labs (and phototographers with the ability to edit Lab Products) are able to upload background images themselves.

Instructions for setting up Greenscreen Backgrounds in SimplePhoto 2.0

Greenscreen Background selections can be added as an option to a Lab Product. View our Lab Product Administration page for instructions on adding lab products with options.

When adding a product option group, choose the Greenscreen Background option type.

Click the Upload Background Images button at the bottom of the option group edit screen.

Choose the desired Upload Behavior:

• If Uploaded images generate new options is chosen, a new option item will be generated for each background uploaded. Options will be added in the order in which background images are uploaded.
• If Uploaded images are added to existing options with empty background images is chosen, background images will be added to the existing option items that have empty background images.

To remove background images associated with option on the Option Items edit screen, click the Remove Img checkbox next to the desired background images and then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen.
