Troubleshooting Gallery Uploading
Check the Upload Log file. The path to the upload log file is seen in the program options. If the last line in the log file says "Problem writing order batch file", the issue may be that the file written to the ProcessCommands folder is already present (possibly because DP2 Process Commands is not running and processing files in the process commands folder).
Troubleshooting Order Import
How to send the DP2 order script file to SimplePhoto for troubleshooting purposes:
In DP2, make sure Process Commands is stopped.
If the test order is currently in DP2, delete that test order from DP2. Then move the test order XML data file from the "Processed Orders" folder (as setup in the program options) to the "Received Orders" folder.
Open the DP2 Bridge Order Import program and click the "Start" button. You should see that the test order data file is processed successfully.
Locate the DP2 order script file in the "DP2 Script" folder. Email this file to SimplePhoto for troubleshooting.
You can then either delete this DP2 order script file to cancel the order import or start DP2 Process Commands to have the test order imported.
