In order to enable high resolution image uploading, please update the DP2 Bridge gallery upload program and adjust the program's settings using these instructions.

• Download this updated Gallery Upload program file: http://demo.digitaleventpics.com/support/SPKUpload.zip
• Unzip this file and move the new SPKUpload.exe file into the folder C:\Program Files\SimplePhoto\DP2Bridge .
• Open the DP2 Bridge Gallery Upload program.
• Click the "Options" menu, then select "Set Options".

Option 1: If you would like high resolution files to be uploaded for all DP2 customers:

• Set the options in the "Web Images Settings" section as shown here:

Web gallery image size - primary: 20

Web gallery image size - secondary: 0

Web image DPI value: 100

JPG Compression Quality: 92

• Click the "Apply" button in the lower right hand corner, then the "OK" button to close the settings screen.

Option 2: If you would like to enable high resolution uploading only for a specific set of customers:

• Set the options in the "Web Images Settings" section as shown here:

Web gallery image size - primary: 5

Web gallery image size - secondary: 20

Web image DPI value: 100

JPG Compression Quality: 92

• Click the "Set Web Gallery Image Size By Customer" button. Add a DP2 Customer ID to the list for each customer you would like to enable for high resolution uploading.
• Click the "Apply" button in the lower right hand corner, then the "OK" button to close the settings screen.

After these adjustments have been made, please attempt to process one or more test uploads. After the test uploads are complete, please let our engineering team know so we can make sure the high resolution images were uploaded as expected and we will send you links to some of the high res files so you can inspect the quality of the images hosted on our servers.
