What's the best way for my lab to communicate questions or requests to SimplePhoto?
Lab Administrators now have access to the SimplePhoto Support Center in the Help tab. The Support Center allows lab administrators to create support tickets for questions your lab may have and check the status of existing tickets. If your lab would like to receive access to all photographer tickets within your lab, please submit a ticket requesting access.
How do photographers signup for my SimplePhoto service?
Login as a Lab Administrator and click the Links tab. There you will see links you can publish on your website or send to your photographers via email. The link for the pre-built marketing page includes a page that explains your SimplePhoto service. If you do not see a pre-built marketing page link and you would like to use that service, submit a support request and we will put one in place. If you'd like to use your own marketing information on your website for your lab's SimplePhoto service, use the Direct Link to the photographer signup page link as the join link on your marketing site.
